Please visit this blog post to get the basic recipe for the Buffalo Cauliflower Wings. http://thechicisnatural.com/cauliflower-hot-wings/

Please Note: I followed the above recipe, but made a few deviations.
*First, I kept my oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit during this recipe. The original calls for 425 degrees, but I thought that was a tad too hot. I was able to achieve the results that I wanted keeping at a lower temp.
*Second, I baked the cauliflower for 15 mins before coating them in the batter.
*I used white flour, instead of chick pea flour for the batter.
*I used more water than what's called for in the recipe. I found that when I used what was suggested, the batter was WAY too thick. I added more water as needed to make sure that the batter reached a consistency that was thick, but not too runny.
*I used garlic salt instead of garlic powder.
*I did not use any butter or margarine.
